Is it possible to have OmniFocus save your window preferences when switching to a custom perspective that opens in a new window? For example, I have a perspective that I have created with the new custom columns feature and I would like it to have the sidebar and inspector disappear when I open it. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible at present. However Shawn Blanc’s solution is nice if you have Keyboard Maestro.
