Separate groups of tags for different folders?

I use a lot of tags. And the tags I use for projects in one folder are mostly different from the tags I use for projects in another folder. Is there some way I can separate tags by folder?

Also, if I look for a certain tag that is duplicated in another folder, how can I pull up the tasks with that tag in one folder and not in another folder?
