Separate Tags by filterview

Hey!

I’m trying to set up an agenda perspective, which shows my task like this:

all available tasks that only have the tag agenda (no waiting for tag)

all available tasks that have the tag agenda or agenda and waiting for

Is there any way to set up a perspective like this?
