For some reason we have difficulty to share the project with other OMNIPlan user.
All I need to do is to share my user name & password, right?

Anyone who needs access to the project will need the username and password to the sync account where the project is located, that’s true. Depending on what’s going on exactly, it could be a little more complicated than that though. In case it helps, this support article on our website has more information on Syncing OmniPlan Using Omni Sync Server.
