Sidebar doesn't highlight all Projects

I have a Perspective I call Projects Available.

The weird thing is that when I switch to it, the sidebar shows most of the Project titles highlighted, but three are not.

I can’t figure out any difference between these three and the other projects. They seem to have the same attributes as the other Projects. Any idea why they wouldn’t be highlighted?

What is the Sidebar Selection set to for this perspective? You can check in that same Perspectives window you posted in your first screenshot – scroll down just a bit more to see if the perspective is restoring a particular selection.
