Stencils - installed but how do I use? (complete newbie question)

Hi all,.
sorry for the complete dumbo question here but I just can’t get this to click…

I’ve installed a stencil I want to use (Zurb foundations) on Omnigraffle 6 on my Mac.

But how do I use the stencil?

I would assume I create a new document and then select the stencil (or stencils) I wish to use?

Help!

Quite curious about this as well.

Came across a stencil pack for OmniGraffle but didn’t know how to install it myself.
