Strikethrough omitted from all VSDs?

High Sierra 10.13.6

I use Omnigraffle to view VSDs on my Mac that were created by coworkers on their PCs. When they send me a document with strikethroughs in the text fields, none of the strikethroughs load into Omnigraffle. It just displays the text as if no alterations have been made.

I can see strikethroughs I have made, but not the ones my coworkers on Windows have made. Is this something I can change in the settings? Is this a feature Omnigraffle hasn’t added?

As far as I know, this isn’t a known issue. It may be helpful to send us an example Visio document to omnigraffle@omnigroup.com that reproduces the issue so that we can try to diagnose what is going on.
