Not sure if people have brought this up before, but I find myself styling a lot in OO.
F1-F9 can be limiting, and sometimes you forget which shortcut (F1-F9) is for what. There should be a way to quickly (via shortcut of course) have a small box appear right where the cursor is and list either all the styles (with just the style’s names) OR styles you marked as favorites. And then you can click on the item on the list and the style is applied and the box disappear. This way you can style without having to show/hide the sidebar when you exceed the F1-F9 limit.
It’s even better if it can detect the level row I’m currently on and list only specific styles.
