Suggestion: Show items due within the next X days

In the preferences, I can select what Due should be in my perspectives: Today, 24h, 1 day etc. I would like that not as a global setting, but for each perspective. I’ve got one perspective where I want to display what’s due today, and one where I want to display whats due within the next X days.

I guess this is not already possible?

This has probably been discussed a few times already, but searching for due dates results in quite a few hits so I’m not able to find any relevant discussions.

@thoresson You are correct. You have to set this globally. Your suggestion is a good idea. I get round it by clever use of flags and using perspectives that show due items coming a long way off.
However I think your idea could have traction.
