Support for folders on the Tags list

Hello,

Is it only me or having the ability to group Tags by folders would be a great addition to having only the Parent tag option? Consider two cases:

  1. Parent tag

People > Mark
People > Alan

  1. Parent folder

Focus > Moderate
Focus > Deep

In the first case, when I am adding a new task, it is perfectly ok to assign it a parent tag of People while in the second case I would make it very confusing to have a task with the tag ‘Focus’. In the second case I’d like to be able to restrict myself from ever adding Focus tag by accident––hence the need for folder.

What do you think?

I might not be fully understanding the problem. I don’t see why you wouldn’t want a focus tag, e.g. to locate actions without a focus.

Do you mean manually adding the People tag yourself? The People tag is indirectly assigned to the action automatically whenever you assign one of its sub-tags.

To be able to restrict myself from ever adding Focus tag by accident. By having it assigned directly, I am introducing a mistake to my workflow. Also, I do not need to locate actions without focus tag.
