I have some lines on my canvass which have a green circe on each side.
If I com near to another object, it snaps to it.
How can I with off this behavior.

That’s controlled for selected lines and other objects in the Connections inspector (in the Properties Inspectors tab).
Option-click on any tool to set the default properties of the objects it creates. That works for any tool and property; you can use it here to set the default connection properties for lines and shapes.
At any time holding down the Option key when moving the end of a line will prevent it from connecting to anything.
