Sync issues: iPhone register issues

I am having trouble syncing my iphone OF3 and Mac OF3. I followed what this page said to do. But it didn’t work.

So, I deleted the OF3 for iPhone. But bringing it back only gets me in the Sync Setup “Fetching remote database”
It goes on and on and on and on and on and on…

Any ideas? Thanks!
