Toolbar button to create a new project, move up/down a task

It would be nice to be able to create a project from the toolbar and not only from the status bar at the bottom of the window.

I also re-order my tasks in a project but dragging the tasks with the mouse is a pain. I find the toolbar buttons “Move up” and “Move down” of OmniOutliner quite handy for this.

To re-order try keystrokes CTL-CMD-arrow up / down.
Shift-CMD-N for new project
Lots of keystrokes in the Help, and more info by searching on this forum.

Also U, D, L, and R if not actively editing an action.
