So I’ve been put on a program as a PM where we are implementing migrations for multiple applications at a time. While we from a financial perspective its considered a single project each migration is essentially its own small project.
My question is it possible to track these all as individual projects within a single project plan? One of the points of friction from most PM software I’ve used is its desire to add a determined end date to each new task within the project plan and I’m trying to not have that happen.
