What does this mean?
Bug in the program. I have occasionally seen SQL errors pop up in the iOS version. I close the program out of memory and relaunch when that happens. If you’re not familiar with SQL, it’s a database programming language. OmniFocus uses it, and in fact your Mac probably has thousands of SQL databases on it for storing various program and operating system data.
