Is it possible to add user defined text fields and enable these fields in the information table left of the gantt chart? I’d like to add two new fields, “Public Status” and “Private Status”. When sharing my project I’d also share the Public Status column but not the Private Status column.

Exporting to PDF will only included visible columns, for instance, whereas tailoring Export to HTML will necessitate building a custom template. Just take it one step at a time, and you’ll get there!
