Currently creating an online course because just about every client asks for the information I teach them in sessions on down-regulating their nervous system. I find Omnigraffle Pro mostly intuitive and fabulous for creating diagrams most of the time. Stencils are really helpful. And I have just started using OmniOutliner - finally - it’s great!
