3D touch and New Inbox Item

I’ve noticed that with a hard press on the OF icon in iOS, the options that come up only include New Inbox Item part of the time.

Does anyone know why this isn’t consistent?

I’ve found this too. More often than not, 3D touching on OmniFocus brings up the system default options (“Delete App”, “Share App”, “Edit Home Screen”) and none of the app-specific tools with the exception of the widget.
