Can you grant another person access to your account + have both of you use it at the same time?
If you mean your Omni Sync Server account, to share an OmniFocus database, then yes it’s possible to use the same account and database at the same time. It should work just like if you were editing on your Mac and on an iOS device at the same time (or just about).
I think it should be able to handle a case where both of you trigger a sync at the same time, but I’m not certain. You still might want to email support (omnifocus@omnigroup.com) to be sure. Because of the launch of OmniFocus 3, you may have to wait a little while longer than usual to get a reply.
