Is there any way to make text in a Omnfocus project have checkmarks or boxes or something like that. I have routines that pop up every day or week or whatever, and they are not really projects, just 8 things I need to do, so would be nice to be able to just check them.
Couldn’t you use the built-in checkbox (or circle rather) that every task has?
You can create a Single Action List that holds all of these single actions. You can set the repeat of each task individually. Here is a primer from Sven Fencher at his blog:
