Adding custom buttons to the tool bar

I have a script I want to add to the tool bar but I want it to look like an action button with a icon I put on it. Does anyone know of a way to do this or create an image to do it? The only templates I could find the dimensions are not same so its at a different height than all the ones that are standard from OmniFocus.

I would wonder that this is not something tweaked within the border and transparency of the image.
