Hi all! I have a work machine that is stuck on macOS 10.11 for the foreseeable future. Since I got OmniFocus 3 on iPhone, I updated the database, but now my work machine can’t open my database. I know it’s a longshot but I’m wondering if there will be a version of OF 2 that will use that database on older Macs. Thanks!
Due to a number of underlying technical hurdles with doing so, I’m afraid we don’t have any plans to build an OmniFocus 2 update with backwards compatibility to OS X El Capitan that supports the database capabilities rolled out with the newest builds. I’m really sorry about that!
