I love OmniFocus, used it for years, switched every now and then to different platforms but always come back. My girlfriend recently started a business, I help her out a lot with it and she also has an assistant. I would love it if we could all have a common OF account where I could manage projects for the three of us. Is this in the works at all? Will we eventually be able to tag different users with tasks, share inboxes, etc? I believe this is a really important function moving forward.

There isn’t any indication that OmniFocus will be going towards a collaborative groupware model. You can create an Omni Sync Server account and have all the Macs and/or iOS devices sync to the same account.
Then probably create a custom perspective for each person if needed.
