I wanna see what I can automate. Ideally, sending completed projects to Evernote once done in OMNIFOCUS, automated by one of these new kind of automation apps lle IFTTT or Zapier.

You may ‘wanna’ but OF is not a web app so does not have an open API to which IFTT or Zapier can hook into. There are some basic actions to send tasks to OF but not to get stuff out.
