Are custom fonts/colors/styling in the outline view supported? [Supported in v2.5]

The UI freeze meant that Omni has started to shift direction towards fixing possible data corruption, crashes, and documentation to make the June release date. All new feature requests will be filed and considered for version 2.1 and onward. This is in the release notes and in the forum sticky.

We have reached UI Freeze

As you’ll soon see in the Release Notes, we have reached UI Freeze. Over the last few weeks, we’ve finished implementing features and nailing down pixels. Now it’s time to devote our attention to crashes, data corruptors, and polishing up the documentation. Visual bugs and feature requests we receive at this point will be deferred for more careful consideration after we ship 2.0. We have collected several good ideas that we just don’t have time to build for 2.0, but are keeping on the table…

Otherwise, OmniFocus 2 will be in constant revision as more users pile on more feature requests and they’ll definitely miss the targeted June release.

This is just the beginning. Version 2.0 doesn’t have to be perfect. Here is something from the Agile Results wiki that talks about “versioning your results.”

Version Your Results. You can improve your results on each pass. Version 3 will be better than version 2 which will be better than version 1. This helps you fight perfectionism and produce incremental results.

It sounds like they’ve already adding “custom styling” to the feature request database. Let them get back to polishing up version 2.0 for final release. Then we can see OmniFocus 2.1 sooner.
