Best way to export OmniFocus project to OmniOutliner or OPML

I need to export an OmniFocus project into OmniOutliner or at least OPML for presentation purposes. I’ve found plenty of posts about going the other way (OO -> OF), but the posts I’ve found so far on OF->OO all seem dated.

Any guidance on this? Any Omni automation scripts that can help? BTW, my desire would be to get the project into MindNode, Keynote, or Powerpoint for presentation use.
