I would like to use Omni Plan to create a work break down structure to determine fees. To do this I can assign the cost = hourly rate but I would like to know how to break down the effort for each task. For Instance if I have two of us going to a kick off meeting that lasts 2 hours. And I want the second person to create the minutes afterwards which takes another two hours, that means the total task effort is 6 hours. 2 for myself and 4 for the second resource. How can I do this?
