Built database on Mac - won’t sync

Spent four hours today building a database on my Mac. I signed into my Omni account, sync’d it, and it won’t load on web or iPhone when I log in.

I did “rebuild database” with no luck.

I don’t want to keep hitting buttons without further direction.

If you haven’t already, I recommend reaching out to Omni Support.

  • On the Mac, choose Contact Omni from the Help menu.
  • On the iPhone and iPad, go to Settings and choose Contact Omni.
