Can Column Style override Row Style?

I’ve got different styles for different levels of rows - some are plain, some bold, some italic - and if I enter something into a column, it picks up the style assigned to that row. So some of the entries in the columns are bold, some italic, etc. Looks weird.

I’d prefer to have the column text all the same. Is there any way to have the Column style override the Row style?

Formula styles always take precedence over non-formula (basic) styles . Column rules usually take precedence over row rules, unless the row rule explicitly has its " override column rules" checkbox checked. kalyan jewellers

Where exactly is the “override column rules” checkbox?
