Can columns be limited to just certain rows?

I must be missing something, but I couldn’t find any way to have multiple columns for only a limited number of rows. And then have other rows without the columns.

Sorry, all rows participate in all columns. If you’d like to see the ability to customize the columns per row, I encourage you to send in a feature request to omnioutliner@omnigroup.com.
