Change notes text color

In my outline, the default color for notes is a shade of gray. I want to change the default color of notes to blue. I was able to change it manually in my first row with notes, but that did not change the text color of the other notes.

How can the change the default color of all the notes?

I am using version 5.7.1

Open the sidebar, and choose the Styles tab.

Select Notes.

Then open the Inspector, choose the Selection Style tab, and choose your color there.
