I’m planning my day with a “TODAY” perspective, which includes all tasks with a “Today”-tag or a current due/defer date. I then flag all important tasks that absolutely must be completed first. The tasks are sorted based on their flags. The most important tasks are then at the top. When I check off a completed task with a flag, I have the problem with recurring tasks that they disappear from the perspective view, but are still flagged. However, if I remove the flag first, the task slips down the list and I then have to search for it to check it off (often, with many tasks, these end up outside the lower window frame). This is very annoying when there are many small tasks that can be completed quickly. Does anyone have a solution to the problem described above?
