When I use the Clean Up keyboard shortcut or the dropdown menu, nothing happens. I’ve checked the settings. I recall in earlier versions of OF that it cleaned up cancelled, completed projects or actions, either immediately or after a perspective change, whichever I had set it. Now it does nothing. What could I missing here?
What are your current perspective settings? (You can check this by opening View Options.)
Clean Up should reevaluate the contents of the current perspective, hiding items that no longer match its criteria. If your perspective is configured to show Remaining actions, then items which are completed or dropped should disappear. But if your perspective is configured to show All actions, then those items will still remain visible.
