Combining drawings on one canvas

My drawing is currently spread across three canvas sheets, similar to a way you might to a technical drawing and have front, side and top views.

What are some ways I can combine them into one drawing? I know I could export as PDFs but then I am importing images onto the new combined canvas. Would exporting as SVGs be a better option?

Okay. Experimenting on my own…

The way to do this seems to be via SVG exports and imports. I did a quick test export (using a section of my drawing using an artboard) and placed it on another canvas. Looks really cool and elements can be altered if necessary.
