Custom perspectives that include due dates

I’d like to make a custom perspective that includes things due this week. I can add “Status: Due Soon”, but I like to have “Due Soon” defined as things due today. Is there a way to add things to a perspective that match a particular due date?

Not sure it helps. You can create a perspective like this :

Filter rules
Availability : remaining
Has a due date

Presentation
Sort actions by : Due
Group actions by : Due

Then you have the items for tomorrow and those within a week on top of the perspective.

Is there a reason you’d do this rather than use the Forecast view which shows the same, albeit day by day?

My plan is to add to this my other goals for the week, tagged as “This Week,” and sorted by project. Then each day I could pick and choose from this list to see what I would do that particular day.
