I’m using macOS 15. I can’t imagine this is expected behavior?
Turns out this is a result of alternate row shading in the project style. Found an easy fix by going to advanced and selecting graphite for the alternate rows. This still looks fine in light mode but isn’t terrible in dark mode like the standard settings.
