Dates bug in OF for the Web

When using OF for the Web, every now and then the Data format changes from my chosen UK format to a US format.

The settings show that I’ve selected UK, but the shown dates are obviously UK. I have to set to US and back to UK to show dates correctly again.

This has caused some actions to be assigned to defer until or be due for the wrong date. E.g. this week I set a task due on the 3rd of May 05/03/2023 but the system read this as 03/05/2023 so it was instantly overdue.

I’ve logged this via support, but I’m wondering if anyone else has seen this behaviour?
