Dealing with LucidChart File Import Issues

My Issue
Opening a LucidChart VDX in Omnigraffle, and no ‘text in objects’ ever exports from lucidchart. Shapes and text on ‘line connectors’ comes through, but no text in object???

Help?
Any tips on to avoid issues with importing/opening a LucidChart file in OmniGraffle on Mac?

There is a load of support for importing OmniGraffle from LucidChart.

Going the other way (SVG, VDX) still doesn’t work well though at the end of 2018.

We have had some reports of problems importing VDX from LucidChart. I’d recommend emailing our support team an example at omnigraffle@omnigroup.com so that we can make sure the problems hampering your workflow are reported to the team.
