Hey guys! Does anyone know how to download old (yes purchased) versions of iOS Apps? I’m trying to download Omniplan 2 to try again before buying Omniplan 3. I don’t currently have a copy on any iOS device of my Mac. Usually I can just go into iTunes under “Purchased Apps” and Re-Download it but not anymore. Thoughts? I’ll assume I will probably have to contact Omni Support unless anyone has any ideas. Thanks!
@omnifan1 If you previously purchased OmniPlan 2 for iOS you should be able to re-download it from the “Purchased” tab in the App Store on your iOS device! If this isn’t the case, our Sales team would be happy to help troubleshoot this with you as best they can (iTunes purchases are actually entirely run through Apple, so the extent that we can help track these purchases down is pretty limited on our end).
