Dropped Actions in OF 3?

For those who have the OF 3 for iOS Test Flight: Did being able to set the status of an action or action group to “Dropped” make it into OF 3?

This feature did not make it into 3.0, but it is part of our “collaboration” strategy of being able to relay actions between OmniFocus users, which is coming later.
