'due' in different time zone


I’m in Australia on the East Coast. Our ‘normal’ time zone is GMT +10hrs. We’re currently in ‘summer time’ which is GMT +11hrs.

I’ve added an item to my ‘inbox’ that I need to act on, April 9th midnight Pacific Time. (whatever that is?).

I have tools to look up this time difference, but I thought… “there must be a way to do this in OF 3?”…

Perhaps there isn’t… being the lazy bugger I am… I thought this might be something that comes up for people sometimes?

I did a search here in the forums, but nothing relevant seemed to come up.

Any tips?


YES I did while travelling for work.
No solution for iOS, so definitely Omni should provide a built-in feature.
For Mac, the solution is a script, but I don’t know if it works for OF3.

If you haven’t already, I encourage you to email the Omni Group at omnifocus@omnigroup.com to request support for time zones. I agree that this would be very helpful, especially for those of us who travel internationally.
