Email bouncing when sent to OmniFocus 3 via Mail Drop

Good Morning
I am using OmniFocus 3. I am logged into sync on my IPad and Mac desktop. I generated an email address at Manage Your OmniSync server. I added an address using the ADD ADDRESS function. Every email is bounced. (Recipient not found.)
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
