Encrypted probleme

Hello,
I can not synchronize with Omnisync on my IPad.
I have the text “This document is encrypted” that appears.

@Franb Sorry for the trouble! Our Support team would be happy to troubleshoot this issue - could you send them an email with a screenshot of the error message? To take a screenshot on your iOS device, tap the top sleep/wake button and the center home button on the device at the same time. The screen will flash, and an image of your screen will be saved to your camera roll, where it can be shared through the same means a typical photo could be.
