Is there a way to make the UI larger on either iOS or Mac for people who have trouble seeing? I imagine the web version can do it given the size and zoom functions are controlled by the browser. This is the one drawback keeping a relative of mine from buying the app. Thank you!
What about trying the general setting to toggle zoom sizing under Accessibility?
This affects the entire window, not just OmniFocus.

Got my phone stuck in zoom 😆 I don’t think my sister will appreciate the limitations of the zoom function bc you can’t swipe all over to see the entire screen. But thank you.
Yes, there’s a way. On iOS or iPadOS, make sure that you have the Text Size widget installed in Control Center. Then, open OmniFocus. Now, swipe down from the top right to activate Control Center, tap the Text Size widget, and you can select text size adjustment for OmniFocus only.
On the Mac, you can change text size in the Preferences within OmniFocus.
