I had problem with web text clipping by using the clipping shortcut. OmniFocus pops up a warning box like this:
eror executing handler script for <ScriptHandler:0x6000037805a0 com.omnigroup.OmniFocus.ScriptHandler.Safari NSBundle </Applications/OmniFocus.app/Contents/PlugIns/BuiltInClippingHandlers.plugin> (not yet loaded)>: Not authorized to send Apple events to Safari.
