Export a text list of all text in an Omngraffle file?

I need to get all the text from an Omnigraffle file which I have used to capture process diagrams developed in a workshop. Is there any way I can do this?

Is export to OmniOutliner of any use to you ?

File > Export > OmniOutliner

Yes, I tried it. It’s so-so. It was faster for me to just retype the whole thing. -_-
