Export flowchart from Omnigraffle to format readable by Visio or Excel/Word

Is it possible to export a flowchart from Omnigraffle to a format readable by Visio or Excel/Word? I have created the flowchart in Omnigraffle on my home Mac but need to send it in a different format to someone at work so that they can make minor changes to the flowchart in the future.
I successfully export pdf files.

OmniGraffle 6 for Mac and OmniGraffle 2 for iOS both offer Microsoft Visio import/export as part of the Pro feature set. OmniGraffle Pro exports in Visio’s XML document format, .VDX, which can be opened by Microsoft Visio 2003 and later.
