OmniGraffle 6 for Mac and OmniGraffle 2 for iOS both offer Microsoft Visio import/export as part of the Pro feature set. OmniGraffle Pro exports in Visio’s XML document format, .VDX, which can be opened by Microsoft Visio 2003 and later.
