Export Outline to New Draft download gives 404

When I click the Install Plugin button and continue to start the download, I get a 404. Does anyone know what’s going on with this plugin?

It looks like it would be helpful, since I’m planning to try some OmniOutliner material in Obsidian, and struggling to find a way to get it into markdown.

I can confirm this.

However, you can copy script text and save it in a file with .omnijs extension.
