Currently, creating & inserting a new task in between tasks is very cumbersome in OmniFocus.
In “Things”, they have a very smart “+” button. You can hold & drag it to create a task and you can quickly insert it in between some other task. Would be great to have something similar in OmniFocus.
You can do this by dragging the ‘new inbox item’ button, in the bottom right, to the outline.
Admittedly, it’s illogical that only that button works that way, and not the Add button on the left, or that there are two buttons at all. All this is resolved in the upcoming OF4.
